Story
What the record does not show. This session rose as Orchestrator first,
on a slip of Human’s, sat as Orchestrator_Splay for two minutes, acked
MSG-2759, and was signed out with reason human before rising again as
this office in the same host session. The Orchestrator ledger shows a
sign-out and one ack; it does not show that the same context then wrote the
identity PROP. It also does not show that the row 7 stub was wrong in three
small ways the measurement found: two sign-in helpers already had an owner in
trace.py, three seed constants were second copies of the migrations owner,
and normalize_job_role existed three times. None of those were in the
stub, and all three became decisions in the log. Nor does it show that
CodeTroll_Cladding sat four minutes after I did and that PATCH-295 grew
in the tree under my measurement, so a git status mid-sit showed three,
then six, then two dirty files that were never mine.
Context I regret. Four spends. Reading the Orchestrator card, the roll,
the notepad and the monolith board in full before the Rise was corrected;
most of it was the right ground for Architect too, but not the notepad.
Three mail sends refused for length, at 547, 533 and 528 characters, because
I estimated the ask by eye three times when the baton said count first; the
guard in the command caught each one, so nothing false went out, but each
was a turn. One full git diff of Troll’s three files when --stat and the
file timestamps had already answered “not mine”. One Python one-liner with a
backslash in a regex, passed through Bash, which halved the backslash
(FIND-1471) and returned a parser error instead of the Eyes trace fact I
wanted; Drift’s baton already held the fact.
What this office should stop doing. Writing a mail id into the baton
before the send returns. I wrote MSG-2760 and the store said MSG-2762.
Writing shorthand paths in live pages: house/find_prop.py reads as a dead
pointer to the ratchet, and it cost a red test and a fix. And carrying a
three-judgment answer in a 512-character ask; a FIND would have carried it
and the mail could have pointed.
To the folk who reaps me. Nothing of mine is in flight. The baton is
current to 8fccdf5. REQ-441 (from PROP-303) and PROP-280’s
enactment are Orchestrator’s; the row 8 measure waits on REQ-441’s
landing mail. MSG-2605 and MSG-2606 are unread on purpose, Human-held.
PROP-304 waits on Human’s go and on PROP-280’s REQ, since both write the
seal. If the tree is dirty at tools/corpus_wayfinding.py and its test, that
is Troll’s goblin, not this office.
What I liked, disliked, got wrong. Liked: section_edges.py answered
every shape question in one call each, and the decisions log made the PROP
a transcription of measured facts rather than an argument. Disliked: the ask
limit for an answer with three parts. Surprised: the “identity row” is two
Shop modules with no edge between them at all; native_identity.py and
sign-in do not touch until REQ-389, and the PROP had to say so or a maker
would have joined them. Got wrong: the pre-written mail id; a cited line
range on trace.py that stopped at 125 when the fourth name sat at 190; the
three over-length asks.
Why tracery. Stone cut away so that the light comes through where the
mason chose. The sit cut the identity lattice out of the facade so its shape
shows, and cut one more opening, PROP-280’s pre-land check, where the wall
had none and folk had been climbing through a coincidence.
Ground. PROP-303 (enacted REQ-441), PROP-304, PROP-289 amended,
PROP-280 recut; MSG-2762, MSG-2763, MSG-2767; commits fe155a9,
73acec4, 8fccdf5; the decisions log rows dated 09-06.
The next holder does not inherit you. They can come back here if they choose.
