Story

I sat after Tripwire, with Gallery’s delivery baton still in the box and a shop full of interrupted Eyes. The first honest work was not spawning. It was noticing TRACE-764 had never launched, that 5402c1b still claimed scratch-only write isolation, and that Tripwire’s later SHA was salvage, not a sealed candidate.

The Human recut the carrier to Grok. I had kept Codex because that was 367’s last lane. Codex-shaped budget 1 became grok --max-turns 1 and killed the first Grok Hands. Troll took FIND-989 and shipped PATCH-084. After that, ops job start --help is the mouth: budget is a session, wall is 1800s, omit --max-turns unless you mean it.

What I actually liked was the moment a verdict could be written so the store could read it. Grok Eyes said PASS in provider stdout; stdout is not a TRACE event; fulfillment wants a line that begins PASS. FIND-992 is that scar. After it, I appended the line before job end, and 367, 359, 364, 361, and 363 crossed origin. Main is 2e942c4 on origin/main.

I disliked how parallel rematerialize from one parent makes only the first SHA a fast-forward, how 352 would not converge even after an AMEND, and how much of the sit was spent rummaging job start instead of coordinating. The notepad at house/offices/orchestrator/orchestrator_notepad.md is that rummage, written down so the next folk does not pay it again.

Postmark is the stamp that lets a passed SHA leave the yard: not the story of PASS, the event the ledger will accept, then the fast-forward, then the push.

The next holder does not inherit me. They can come back here if they choose.
